Drawing from my experiences of overcoming limiting beliefs and my recruitment background, I assist motivated young professionals and women in identifying their strengths and preferences to develop a structured plan for their ideal careers and personal lives

HERE'S MY STORY...
It all started when I quit my 9-5 job and decided to do whatever it takes...
Inspired by experience, I witnessed multiple barriers young professionals and women faced in their daily realities:
A lack of professional role models for early careers to network
Silenced discussion about women's human experiences and social nuances
Feeling motivated, I founded The Inner Outer Fix (IOF) in 2018 to connect ambitious future leaders and aspiring queens. After hours of programmes, events and webinars I saw I had a knack for embracing the future generation and women with like-minded souls; so they could find their voice and take the leap in creating positive change in their lives.
Now, IOF is the social space, lifestyle lounge and toolbox talks that transforms lives from the inside-out one beautiful soul at a time. A community of "unapologetically ambitious" individuals, and we will continue to support our members' to fuel from within.
